Brought my Jeep in to fix the AC that hasn't been working. They used the part that I bought and made it work even though my aftermarket part was a little too big! Fantastic experience with Black Widow - a family ran business! The staff are honest, prompt , quick , and provide excellent communication. I had a multitude of services done on my car and was provided with accurate updates throughout. Many mechanics take days to even look at your car and another few to do the work but Black Widow completed everything before my work day was over. The mechanics are very thorough and do not skip a beat.
I cannot recommend this shop enough. They have worked on my cars for many years, done everything from replacing my entire a/c to stuff as simple as changing my oil. I am not afraid to get estimates from other shops; Black Widow is always as good or better.
